Our Process:
We conduct an initial site visit, examine your brief, and then discuss your needs, hopes and dreams. We then carry out a site investigation, looking at the site and the lands around it with regard to any potential issues that may arise. We work with you to generate ideas for your dream home using sketches, drawings, paintings and 3d models. We meet with the planners to make the planning process as pain free as possible. Then, we arrange quotes from reputable builders. We continue to work with you as we develop a plan to see the project through to completion.
