David Moriarty and Associates was founded in 2008, as a low overhead Architectural firm. We are registered with the RIAI, the main benefits for a customer is the flexibility to choose the level of service they require, a more interactive service that offers clients greater control of the design process & clearer management of overall project costs.
We offer a service tailored to your needs, you can select the services that suit your budget and your project. You can choose to use us in every aspect of the project or choose to just ask us for ideas and advice. After listening to you we will prepare Sketch plans that can form the basis of early discussions with planners, neighbours, and builders.
From a client’s point of view, we have a very clear framework that is designed specifically for the homeowner that allows us to deliver a service that is exciting & provides great value for money.

Technical
Although you wouldn’t know it by his first name, Angelo is a Kerry native. Having grown up in a family ofcrafts people& artists it was always an ambition of his to bring creativity to the fore in his professional life.
An avid traveller, yogi & advocate for positive mental health, he uses this to influence his designs so spaces become more than just a shell to live or work, but an extension of people to grow. He often says ‘’prioritising mindfulness from the outset of the creative process is putting your best foot forward in the search for happy spaces’’.
Gabriele Businaro/ Ma Arch
Designer
Growing up in Italy surrounded by the best and renowned monuments and architectural buildings, Gabriele since a young age has been influenced and naturally pushed to proceed in an architectural career. Joining the office Gabriele puts his unique flavour, experience and background mixed with the Irish design to produce something distinctive and recognisable.
Liam Kennelly/ BA (Hons) Architectural Design RIBA Part 1
Designer
Growing up on a farm in North Kerry, life centred around 2 things: THE LAND & THE HOME, this was the genesis of Liam’s ideology.
Now raising his own family in North Kerry has further embedded this ‘’Sense of Place’’ in is design ethos.
Brought up, educated and living on the West Coast has fused Liam’s passion to bring great design and ‘place making’ to Rural Ireland.
Marie Okazaki
Designer
Have growing up in a big family in Brazil, Marie has always had the ambition of creating lovely spaces to share valuable moments with the people she loves the most.
Joining the team, she is able now to fuse her diverse background with her experience living in Ireland to design dream projects for different clients.
